We accept Individuals who may have intellectu-al disabilities, chronic persistent mental illness, Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, Hospice, CHF, Stroke, Cancer patients, Wound care, Alzhei-mers’s, and Diabetes
Our cost is dependent upon the needs of each individual.
Payments for services covered may be through county pay, copayment, DD waiver, CAC, CADI Waiver, TBI, Elderly Waiver, Private Pay, Medical Assistance.
Our PCA services are designed to offer compassionate support for daily activities, enabling individuals to maintain independence. This includes assistance with personal hygiene, mobility support, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Our 245d services are specifically tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide residential care, engaging day programs, vocational training, and specialized support services. Our goal is to promote independence, skill development, and community integration for each individual.
